Cecil was born about 1906. He is the son of John McConchie and Ida Taylor. He is listed with his parents on the 1910 Census,^[1] the 1920 Census,^[2] and the 1930 Census.^[3] He married Virginia Thayer in October of 1940 (see below). He passed away in March of 1995 at the age of 89.^[4]
