Erva was born about 1902. She is the daughter of John McConchie and Ida Taylor. She is listed with her parents on the 1910 Census.^[1][2] She was the wife of Jacob Strickler whom she married on November 21, 1932 in Alexandria, Virginia.^[3] She passed away in February of 1960 at the age of 58.^[4]
