I want to contribute to the deep genealogy on our shared tree. Here are people I can add, along with dates and locations:
Ann Fabin born 1724 in North Carolina who married Peter Edward Batson, Sr (1718-1761). They had two sons - Peter Batson, Jr (1746-1822) and Thomas Batson, St (1749-1822). Her file is Fabin-17.
I would like to add her father as Andrew John Fabin (abt 1696-Jun 1762). There is a current file for him Fabin-18.
His will states his grandsons by name but does not name is daughter. In all my reading, it appears he had a first wife who died at the birth of Ann. His second wife Susannah Hanby (1690-1742) was the widow of Thomas Batson (1684-1725).

Will of Andrew John Fabin: “In the name of God Amen! I, Andrew John Fabin, of New Hanover Co. Province of state aforesaid, being weak in the body, though sound of mind & memory, blessed be to God, do make, ordain and dictate, this to be my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following: First: I bequeath my soul unto the hands of Almighty God, hoping and believing in a purification of my sins, by merit and meditation of Jesus Christ; and my body I commit to the Earth, to be buried at the discretion of my executors, hereafter named, and my worldly estate I give and bequeath as hereafter directed: I give and bequeath to my brother Paul Fabin, twelve pence sterling money to be paid …? I give to my grandsons, to wit, Joseph and Jeremiah Alexander, one cow and calf each. I give to my granddaughter, Susannah Beezeley, six pounds sterling money. I give to my grandson Peter Batson, one sorrel mare, branded ?, and also my bridle and saddle and guns. I give and bequeath and devise unto my grandson Thomas Batson and his heirs forever, the plantation whereon I now live, containing 100 acres more or less, provided nevertheless that my grandson John Beezeley shall live on the said plantation during the term of 9 years from date hereof, with only the yearly interests, the said John Beezeley to pay his majesties receiver fees, and keep the house repaired, and then at the expiration of 9 said years, to belong solely to Thomas Batson and his heirs. I give and bequeath to my grandsons, to wit, Peter and Thomas Batson, in equal ? between all and singular, the remainder of my estate, that is to say, the stock of all kinds, my household furniture, and movable where they are found. Lastly, I recommend, appoint, and constitute, my good friends, Ezekiel Alexander and John Beezeley, executors of my last will and testament.
