Calixte was born and baptized on July 25, 1853, as recorded in the Memramcook church register. Parents listed as Placide LeBlanc and Marguerite Godet. Godparents were Eustache LeBlanc and Bernadette LeBlanc.[1]
He married Rosalie Dupuis Nov 17, 1883, as recorded in the Memramcook church register. Groom's parents were late Placide LeBlanc and Marguerite Gaudet. Bride's parents listed as Ives Dupuis and Claire Leblanc. Witnesses were Ives LeBlanc and Rosalie Leblanc. A dispensation fo 3 to 4 consanguinity was granted.[2]
He married Rosalie LeBlanc on February 17, 1903, as recorded in the marriage certificate filed at the Registration Division of Westmorland County. Calixte and Rosalie were both widowers.[3]
