Biography
Was born and grew up in Memramcook, New Brunswick, Canada. Lived in Moncton, NB until 2011. Then moved to Ontario to be closer the 3 kids and 1 granddaughter.
Current Focus
I am making a database where I associate Wikitree profile numbers to the corresponding entries in the Memramcook church register index. I started with the Cormier surnames. Recently worked on the Arsenault, Auffrey, Babin, Babineau, Brun and Breau surnames. As of January 29, I am working with the LeBlanc profiles. There are at least 980 baptisms that I have to go through, that is verify if a profile exists on Wikitree and if not, create one if I can link it to an existing profile.
The ultimate aim is to make sure that every Acadian descendant listed in the Memramcook church register has a Wikitree profile.

I have a subscription to both Ancestry and GénéalogieQuébec. It is possible to access digitized microfilm pages of most of the Catholic church registers of New Brunswick through both services. I find that working with GénéalogieQuébec is more straightforward.
