Biography
Ewing Edmonds is a part of US Black heritage.
Ewing was born about 1836 in Kentucky.
Ewing married Nelly Jackson in Gillespie County, Texas in 1866.[1] In 1870 Ewing and Nelly were living in Kerr County, Texas with 3 children.[2]
In 1880 Ewing was listed as married but he had only his children in his household in Kerr County.[3]
In the 1910 census Ewing was listed as widowed; he was living in his son Henry's household in Kerrville.[4]
He passed away in 1910 in Kerrville, Texas. According to his death certificate he was buried in Cherry Creek.[5]
