What happened to Charles Allen?

Question

Charles Allen was born in 1894. It is believed he was born in Florida. He married Lillie Godwin and had a son named Hoven Olusta Allen born in 1918. That's all I know about him. I do know Lillie married someone else in 1930's so I don't know if they got divorced or if Charles died.

Thanks for answering. All of the answers except for his death record appeared to be correct. I looked up on the Georgia death index and discovered that the Charles W. Allen who died on March 4, 1979 might have been from Michigan so he was likely different Charles Allen. I appreciate you helping with the answers.
