Phyllis was born in 1920. She passed away in 2013.
- SMITH, Phyllis Jean (Jean) (nee McConchie). Passed away peacefully on 22nd January 2013, aged 92 at Selwyn Oaks. Loved wife of the late Sydney. Mother of Pauline, Graeme, Lorraine and the late Jennifer Joy; grandmother of Brenda and Julie; Genevieve, Alexandra and Susannah; the late Jenifer Kay, David, Ivan, Tony, Gerome and Annika; great- grandmother of Ariana, Mia and Isabel; Amelie and Matilda; Benjamin and Olive and Elizabeth Rose. Thank you to the friends, residents and staff of Acacia Cove Village where Jean enjoyed the past 9 years for their kindness and friendship. Thanks and appreciation to the caring staff at Middlemore Hospital Cardiac Unit and at Selwyn Oaks where she spent her last day. Greatly missed by all her family and friends. We know you'll enjoy dancing in heaven. [1]
