Placide was born in 1837. He is the son of Pierre Leblanc and Apolline Bastarache.
On November 21, 1859, Placide married Colette DesRoches. Both were of the parish of Wellington, County of Kent. [1][2] Unfortunately, the record does not give any further information with regard to parents or witnesses.
