Abraham died as a result of wounds received in 1676 as a solder under Capt. Thomas Wheeler and Lieut. Henry Woodhouse in King Philip's War. He is listed as Abraham "Jacque" among the "scout of forty men, troopers & dragoons to scout between Groton, Lancaster & Marlboro."Abraham died intestate.
