Biography

Moses, born 1732 in Pasquotank, was the son of Daniel and Martha Jackson. Little is known about Moses, but he did marry and had a son, Mordica about 1750. He is listed on the Muster roll of Pasquitank, in Capt. Henry Delon's company, along with his brother and other relations. ^[1]

When his father died in 1762, the family estate is split between Moses and his brother Bailey.^[2]
