Normand is the son of Alphée Girouard and Marie Blanche LeBlanc he was born on his grandparents farm of Beloni Girouard and Philomene Bastarache at 25 Girouardville Road . Normand went to Bouctouche Superior School at 133 Main Street . Where the post office is now at 133 Irving Blvd ^[1]
