Hi lea

Hope you are well. I'm trying to find relatives of my father joseph ford born about 1918, possibly England. He is deceased now 1990. I didn't know him or my mum . Its proved very difficult to build a family tree . Xx

I don't know if you were adopted but your situation sounds similar. Adoptees: How to Set Up Your Profile is a WikiTree help page specifically designed for new members who indicate they are adoptees. It is also helpful for non-adopted members who have living adoptees in their family tree. The page includes links to more resources, like our Adoption Angels Project, basic search techniques, information on DNA, etc. I'm sure Adoption Angels will be able to help.
