David Lloyd Evans, the son of David Charles Evans and Florence Emma Little, was born 3 April 1923 in Mankato, Blue Earth, Minnesota.[1] He is listed in his parents home in Judson in the 1930 US Census.[2]
David was drafted by the US Army in Mankato, 20 March 1943,[3] and was discharged, 10 January 1946.[4] After his discharge from the US Army, David married Ferne Marian Anderson, 12 June 1948, in Nelscott, Lincoln, Oregon.[5] They settled in McMinnville, Yamhill, Oregon where they are listed in the 1950 US Census.[6]
Ferne passed away 12 Mar 1971 in Ellensburg, Kittitas, Washington and David, 30 November 1986 in Roslyn, Kittitas.[7] They are buried in Riverview Abbey Mausoleum and Crematory, Portland, Multnomah, Oregon.[8]
