Biography
Marie Eugénie was born on 22 Jul 1880 and baptized in Memramcook on 29 Jul 1880 . She was the daughter of Thomas Cormier and Delphine Mills.[1]
She married Saul Richard on Oct 23, 1899 in Westmorland County, NB.[2]
Saul and Zena had 10 children, the last of whom passed away in 2006.[3]
Zina passed away on April 19, 1939 at her home in Middle Sackville, age (about) 58.[4]

Obituary: Rita Mary MacKenzie, 88, formerly of 15 Beacon St., Amherst, died on Sunday, October 1, 2006 quietly at Villa du Repos in Moncton, NB where she has been a resident for the past 2 years.
She was a daughter of the late Saul and Zena (Cormier) Richard.
She was predeceased by her husband Stanley (1978) and a daughter Mary Jane at birth.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family as she was predeceased by 7 sisters Delphine, Emerice, Annie, Lea, Marceline, Sara, Alice and 2 brothers Thomas and Frank.
She was a member of the St. Charles Roman Catholic Church.
Rita will be sadly missed by her family and friends as she was a wonderful person.
The body is resting at Furlong~Jones Funeral Home, Amherst, with visiting on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral mass will be at 11 am on Wednesday from St. Charles Catholic Church in Amherst with burial to follow in St. Charles Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
