I thought my fellow Wikitreers would be interested in what has happened to me.
About 2 weeks ago, I got an email from a woman at the City of Munich. She found my grandfather, Harry Sichel (Sichel-26) on Wikitree (via Google search) and sent me a message. It turns out that he, my grandmother, and my mother lived in a boarding house for Jews in 1939. The City of Munich is creating an exhibit about the people who lived there. She asked for permission to use the photos in his profile, which I gladly gave. She invited me to the exhibition, which will be in Munich in December/January. I will be able to meet with the descendants of other residents. There is an artist creating an installation about the residents, and I will be able to meet with him, also.
All thanks to Wikitree!
