Given that Slovakia didn't exist until well more than a century after her death, I suggest you try for something more like "Csecseho, Ung, Hungary". If her descendants stayed put, then eventually the appropriate designation becomes "Zuhogó, Ung, Hungary", and then "Čečehov, [intermediate jurisdictions], Czechoslovakia"; "Slovakia" doesn't become the top jurisdiction until 1993.

Categories inevitably break if I so much as breath at them, so I haven't checked which of those already exist on WT.

Fényes Elek's geographical dictionary says:
Csecsahó. Slovak-Russian village, in Ung county, last post 1 1/2 hours south of Nagy-Mihály. 297 Roman Catholic, 238 Greek Catholic, 18 Reformed, 7 Jewish residents. Both its fields and its meadows are quite good. Landowner Countess Mrs. Albert Sztáray.

Dvorzsák's gazetteer spells it Csecsehó, and says it had no church locally, so the 323 Roman Catholics were recorded in Nagy-Zalacska (Veľké Zalužice), the 206 Greek Catholics in Gézsény (Hažín), Lutherans (if there had been any) in Pazdics, the 44 Reformed residents in Lucska (Lúčky), and the 40 Jewish residents in Szenna (Senné).

Spellings: Csecsehó (1st military survey map, 3rd military survey map, Dvorzsák's gazetteer), Csecsahó (2nd military survey map, Fényes Elek, Lipszky's geographic name-list), Čečahov (3rd mil. surv.), Cžečahow (2nd mil. surv., Lipszky).

I didn't track down when exactly the name got Hungarianized to Zuhogó, but that's how the 1913 gazetteer lists it; it says the civil registry office was in Alsókánya (Jastrabie pri Michalovciach).

Thank you for your quick response! Yes, this is the same village currently Cecehov, okres Michalovce that you found in your sources.  Csecseho, Ung, Hungary is one of its many historical names.

I propose creating a new subcategory Cecehov, Slovensko with a parent of the existing category okres Michalovce, Slovensko.

Cecehov, Slovensko would hold all profiles for this location including those referencing its  historical names.  Optionally, add a comment in the new category with its old names and countries.  Someone researching a historic name could easily find the category using Search.

A comment like this perhaps:

Čečehov, Slovensko as of 1993

Old Names:

Hungary, Ung County

1773 Csecseho, 1786 Cschecscho, 1808 Csecsahó, Csecsó, Cžečahow, Cžečow, 1863 Csecsahó, 1873–1902 Csecsehó, 1907–1913 Zuhogó

Czechoslovakia

1920– Čečehov

The advantages of this approach are:

1.  Better supports research

Official current and historical records belong to Slovakia and are stored in their archives and civil registries.  Slovakia is the primary place for researching Cecehov, not Hungary or Czechoslovakia.

2.  Simplifies categorization

All profiles for the village are in one category. There is no need to add more subcategories by historic village name in the future.

3.  Will not break categorization

The Slovakia categorization hierarchy already exists. Any legacy subcategories in other hierarchies could be referenced in the new subcategory with a link "See also legacy category name".

Note: There is a Csecseho subcategory in the Hungary hierarchy  with only one profile in it that came from a one name study. But, other profiles from the study were created in the Zaluzice subcategory in the Slovakia hierarchy. It may have been created in the wrong place. Of course, it is up to you and the Hungary team to decide how to best handle it.

Thanks in advance for considering this approach.
