Needing to confirm and find sources Daniel Knoebel's date of birth and parents.

Question

I would like to add my 1c3r, David Knoble b. Dec. 1856 in Baden, Germany. d. ? Germany, but I have not sources his birth/death or for his parent. His father supposedly Mathias Knoble b. 2/9/1815 in Ehrenstetten, Baden, Germany - d. 9/4/1880 Ehrenstetten, Baden, Germany. His mother was Johanne Fehrenbach b. 1822 d. 1876 (I assume in Ehrenstetten). I have check both Ancestry and Familysearch Data bases and did not find them. Mathias' father would be if the information is correct be the son of my 3rd Great-grandfather Jakob Knoebel and David Knoeble would be a grandson of Jakob Knoebel https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Knoebel-20

I looked at archion for Lutheran at on matricula for Catholic church books of that are. But I couldn't find any records online. Because today 60% of the citizen are Catholics, I think that would be Cathaolics as well. The are only very few Lutheran churches bfore 1900 around Ehrenstetten.
