Biography
Hannah Todd was born on February 17, 1679, in New Haven, Connecticut, to Mary Bradley, age 25, and Samuel Todd Sr, age 33. Hannah married Seth Heaton in New Haven, Connecticut, on June 2, 1701, when she was 22 years old. Her mother Mary passed away on September 26, 1724, in New Haven, Connecticut, at the age of 71.Her husband Seth passed away on April 8, 1739, in New Haven, Connecticut, at the age of 63. They had been married 37 years.Hannah lived in New Haven, Connecticut in 1759, when Americans were caught up in the turmoil of the French and Indian War.Hannah (Todd) Heaton died on January 25, 1759, in New Haven, Connecticut, when she was 79 years old. She was laid to rest at Montowese Cemetery (Plot: Section A) in North Haven, New Haven, Connecticut.
