Hi cousin! By my calculations we are 4th Cousins Once Removed. Our shared ancestor is probably Moses Speer who was the father of your Great-Great-Great-Grandmother Parmelia Speer and my Great-Great-Great-Great-Grandfather Robert Speer. This is also consistent with our "Family Finder" DNA test results (we share 57.88 cM).
