Hazel Dell Parr was born on 15 Jun 1892 in Hopewell Twsp., Muskingum Co., Ohio as the second child of Richard Emmett Parr and Louisa Virginia Gard. She had two siblings, namely: Oscar Ivo, and Edgar Lee. When she was 20, she married Thomas Lawrence Gard,son of Charles Henry Gard and Alice Lucretia Smart, on 6 Dec 1912. She died on 19 Feb 1969 in Hopewell Twsp., Muskingum Co., Ohio.

Thomas Lawrence Gard and Hazel Dell Parr had the following children:
