Biography
When Miriam Edith Martin was born on March 16, 1913, in Elyria, Ohio, her father, Darius, was 38, and her mother, Gertrude, was 36.[1] She was the wife of Charles Herman Davis Jr. (1914–1997).[2] She died on January 14, 1997,[3] at Allen Memorial Hospital in Oberlin, Ohio,[4] at the age of 83; Charles died 8 days later, on the 22nd.[5]
