Martin, age 43, a foreman for the railroad; and with his mother, Juanita Martin, age 30; and Albert's siblings: Lucretia Martin, age 13; Cornelius Martin, age 10; Frances Martin, age 8; and Roman Martin, age 1; along with some roomers, who were also railroad laborers: Jose Lopez, age 45; Praxedes Salinas, age 40; Martin Rioz, age 30; and Leandro Salinas, age 22.[4]
In 1940, Albert Martin, age 19, a messenger for Western Union, lived in the same place since 1935 in Riverside, Riverside, California, with his father, Joe Martin, age 54, a gardener for Pacific Eleven Parkway; and with Albert's mother, Juanita Martin, age 38; and Albert's siblings: Cornelius Martin, age 20, a gardener, Frances Martin, age 17; and Roman Martin, age 11.[5]
Military Service
Albert Martin served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Enlistment date 1: 25 May 1944. Release date 1: 5 Jun 1946.[6]
Death
Albert Romero Martin died 27 Mar 1997 (aged 76) in Norwalk, Los Angeles, California,, and he was interred at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier, Los Angeles County, California, USA.[7][1][8]
