Biography

Arthur was born in 1879 in Birmingham, England. He married Jane Elizabeth White in about 1900. Shortly after the birth of their second daughter, the family moved to Ontario, Canada, settling first in the Markham area^[1] before moving to Jones Ave. in Toronto.^[2] Arthur was an electrician. He died of heart disease in 1928.^[3]
