The 1930 Census^[3] shows him at age 19 in the home of his father and step-mother in Creek Township, Okfuskee County, Oklahoma. He is a laborer on a general farm.

A C married Castella Rolf on 10 Apr 1937 in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.^[4]

The 1940 Census^[5] shows him at age 30 with his wife in Hartzell Township, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. He is the care taker of a country home.

His World War II Draft Registration Card^[6] states that he "has initials only" and shows his name as A. C. Johnson. He and his wife live in Oklahoma City.

The 1950 Census^[7] shows him at age 40 with his wife in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. He is a custodian as a school.

Regarding his name:
Presumably "A" and "C" are his first and middle initials. But what names they may represent is not seen in any record yet found. In fact, the Oklahoma State Vital Records Index shows his first name as "AC" and no middle name is shown.
