These assume that she continued living in Franklin, Georgia. There are a few other options, but those appear to be correctly attached to other people. These are the best unattached sources.

Both sources might be for her. There is an excellent match for her in the 1900 through 1950 censuses, showing a Lela Isom who had children with both Samuel Isom, and from an unknown Neal in a previous marriage.
