Willard Jacks was born on December 2, 1937, in Alabama to Ruby M Hayes Jacks Kelley, age 17, and Walter Ernest Jacks, age 32. (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6)
He had 5 siblings: Jesse Ray Jacks (Born 1939), Ollie Virgil “Cotton” Jacks (Born 1941), Walter Ernest “Doney” Jacks Jr (1945), HC “Tumpy” Jacks (Born 1951), and Kenneth Joseph “Kenny” Jacks (Born 1952), and 2 half siblings: Linda Kelley Hill (Born 1957) and Rayford J Kelly (Born 1960). (1) (2)
On April 29; 1940, 3 year old Willard lived in the Puncheon Creek area of Harmony, Alabama, with his parents Ernest (age 35) and Ruby (age 21) and brother Jessie Roy (age 1). (1)

Willard Jacks married Mary Frances Morris Myers in about 1963 when he was 26 years old. They had one child: Debora “Debbie” Willette Jacks Pickett, born 1964. They divorced around 1970. (7)
Willard Jacks married Rosa Lee Sisk in Bedford County, Tennessee, on August 10, 1974, when he was 36 years old. They had one child: Willard Ray Jacks, born 1975. They were later divorced. (4)
