Pamela and Beata were baptised on the same day, 18th of July 1813. This would indicate that either Pamela and Beata were twins, or their parents got both girls baptised together at a convenient date, which seems more likely and would account for discrepancy over dates of birth. Needs more investigation such as when and where other siblings were baptised, had parents taken up a new faith etc. Had other siblings been baptised at all ?

I find Pamela (my 3G-grandmother) a puzzle. Lots of sources seem to point to an 1813 birth, yet the later censuses and the death entries point to her being born in 1806. My great-aunt (her great-granddaughter) who was born in 1900 remembers her turning 100 and being taken to see where when she was 5 or 6. I cannot help wondering if her age was exaggerated later in her life. An 1806 birth would also make her rather old at the birth of her later children.
