Eliza Heaton was born on 20 May 1830 in Indiana, United States, daughter of Samuel Heaton and Mary Maxwell.

In the 1860 census Eliza (age 30) was in Township of Jefferson, Cass, Michigan, United States.[2]
In the 1870 census Eliza (age 40) was in Porter Township, Cass, Michigan, United States.[3]
In the 1880 census Eliza (age 50), Keeping House, was the wife of Solomon Michling in Porter Township, Cass, Michigan, United States.[4]
Eliza died on 16 October 1920 and was buried in 1920 in Union, Cass, Michigan, United States.[5]
Eliza, daughter of Samuel Heater, died (age 90) on 16 October 1920 in Dowagiac, Cass, Michigan, United States.[6][7]
