Russ Evans was born on 18 December 1967, in Petal, Forrest, Mississippi, United States. He was the son of Arba Evans and Linda Grimes. He died on 30 January 2012 at the age of 44,^[1] and was buried in Petal, Forrest, Mississippi, United States.^[2]

Obituary

Russ Evans, 44, of Petal, went to be with the Lord on January 30, 2012 after a battle with cancer. Services will be at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Moore Funeral Chapel in Petal followed by burial in Forrest Memorial Gardens.

Born December 18, 1967, Russ was a 1986 graduate of Petal High School. He spent many years as a roofer and carpenter. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and attended Crossroads Church.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jim and Isabell Evans and Evan and Elizabeth Grimes.
