Biography

Mary Jane Bell was the daughter of Henry Bell and Margaret Jane Nesbit. ^[1](Her marriage certificate gives her mother's name as Mary Jane but this is incorrect. See father's profile.) She married Joseph Meighan 28 Jan 1871 in Perth, Ontario.^[2]

Her death certificate lists her father as James Bell of Ireland and mother unknown.^[3]
