Biography

When Eunice Bell was born on 22 June 1744, in Roxbury Township, Morris, New Jersey, her father, Joseph "Jabesh" Bell, was 23 and her mother, Elizabeth Drake, was 26. She married Thomas Moore in 1767, in New Jersey, United States. They were the parents of at least 7 sons and 4 daughters. She died in 1811, in Greene, Pennsylvania, United States, at the age of 67, and was buried in Cox Cemetery, Morgan Township, Greene, Pennsylvania, United States.

Named in her father's will dated 6 Nov 1786 Probate Date: 2 Jun 1789 Jabeth Bell yeoman of Roxbury, NJ, his land to his son Abraham. Names daughters Hannah Kelsey, Mehitabel Clauson, Unice Moor, Susannah Heaton, Elizabeth Fearchild, Deliverance Brown, Catherine Coleman, Abigail Bell to have a strip of land. To Samuel Salmon 7 pounds when 21 yrs. Exe. son Abraham and son-in-law Stephen Brown. ^[1]
