"Kate" McCullough Bell 1870–1923. Judge Bell was a member of one of the pioneer families of Clearfield County. He was a member of the Masonic fraternity, the Rotary club of Cleveland, the Bar association and the First Presbyterian church of Clearfield. He was also a member of the order of Yellow Dogs and he frequently came to Altoona to attend functions held by that organization. [4]
