27 Jul 1813: Listed as Rich. Beale, esq. of Biddenden uncle of Louisa Beale at her marriage to William Weston in Biddenden, Kent, England.^[2]

14 Dec 1814: Death at Biddenden, Kent England. To the Memory of Richard Beale of River Hall in this Parish, Esquire, who died Dec 14th 1814, aged 70, and lies buried amongst his Ancestors in the Church yard adjoining, Richard Beale His Nephew and Successor erects this monument as a lasting (Memorial.)^[3]
